"First of all an apology from myself for not getting his call at 11.24pm - phone was on night mode. The driver was good and curteous and he got a cash tip from myself however I was travelling backwards and was only told when we arrived that he spent much of his time on WhatsApp when driving. This is clearly not great practice and perhaps you should ensure that drivers don’t do this either with or without customers in their cab.. Thank you to taking this feedback"
